However, since I have this network going underneath my downtown area, as well as a seperate one for my industrial district, theres a lot of roads and zoned/ploppable buildings above ground where the underground road would be. I understand what you mean, thats what I do to bulldoze anything underground: select road (or whatever else) tab, PgDown to go underground, and then select the bulldoze tool. Maybe I didn't word my issue clearly enough, sorry. It's a bit annoying that if you have the overground view, then select the bulldozer and then try the PgDown, it doesn't give the underground view, instead you have to already be in the underground view before you select the bulldozer.
